For over 3 years, we’ve delivered NHS-compliant eye care directly to those unable to attend traditional clinics.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for a free NHS eye test at home if you:

Are aged 60 or over

Qualify for an NHS complex lens voucher

Have diabetes or glaucoma

Are registered blind or partially sighted

Hold an HC2/HC3 certificate

Receive Income Support, Income-based
JSA, ESA, or Pension Credit
